COVERING MATERIALS

Our Biotherm B and Biotherm G products are covering powders based on rice husk ash. They are used to minimise reoxidation and heat loss by being applied to the molten surface in the tundish or on the ladle. We offer Biotherm B and Biotherm G based on individual customer wishes in a variety of different qualities and with differing physical and chemical properties. Biotherm G features a very low carbon content, creating the ideal basis for producing low-carbon steel.
